Google Play services are set up for Catball now (Achievements, Signing in.. etc) so a bit more polish to do and then my first solo Android game is complete.
It’s been tough finding time to work on it outside of my full-time job, personal commitments and having to learn the whole game development process along the way but its been a pretty fun project and means the next game I make should go a whole lot smoother (hopefully).

I’m entering the 48 Hour Ludum Dare competition for a bit of game dev practice. The theme is ‘Beneath the Surface’ and here’s a WIP screenshot of what I have so far. Need to work on the graphics but most of the mechanics are working.
I haven’t updated my blog in a while because I’ve been busy working on a personal game project. Look, here’s a WIP screenshot as proof! The game will be available for free on Android in the next couple of months (if all goes well).
